1. In the process of the product passing through the conveyor belt, a static-eliminating ion fan is installed to effectively eliminate the static electricity generated by friction when the product passes through the insulating conveyor belt, so as to reduce the static electricity value on the product.

2. A static-eliminating ion fan is installed when the product is printed and sorted. After the product is printed, it will generate a large amount of static electricity again due to the frictional inertia of the conveying, which is also the main reason for the uneven sorting of the product. The installation of a static-eliminating ion fan on the top of the product can effectively eliminate the static electricity on the surface of the product and the fine dust adsorbed by the product due to static electricity.
